The Great Game was founded by Mounzer Sarraf, a Belgian / Lebanese composer.
The first compositions were played on the streets of Glasgow with Martin Fell on Saxophone.
The personnel of the band is from all over Europe, the Middle East and the US.
The band is a democratic entity and the compositions are influenced by each member's mastery of
their own instrument.
If you can imagine someone grunting over a reggae riff while a Saxophonist is blowing his heart out
over heavy metal influenced guitars accompanied by an accordion tango mixed with Afro-Cuban drums
and seasoned with flamenco fusion bass, you have found your band.
